To enhance the functionality of the house, a partition wall was demolished, enlarging the bathroom. Our collaboration with a structural engineer ensured the necessary reinforcements were made, including new joists for future loft construction. Dampness was discovered beneath the floorboards, resulting in reinforcing the bathroom area's first-floor floor joists. Extensive plastering was undertaken throughout the house, restoring it to a pristine condition. Anti-moist plasterboard was meticulously installed to combat dampness in the exterior walls.
The newly renovated bathroom exudes charm with its salmon pink color scheme and a tasteful combination of a shower cubicle and a standalone bath. The Greenhouse uneven brick tiles add a touch of character, complementing the overall design. Large grey tiles adorn the floor, providing a sleek and modern finish.
