Managed the full final delivery phase of a £1.5M public playground redevelopment within Westfield London. This included sourcing, vetting and securing approval for specialist subcontractors capable of meeting ROSPA safety standards — a significantly higher compliance bar than standard construction due to the public-facing nature of the environment.
Every contractor, material and installation was reviewed against strict safety criteria before sign-off. Coordinated directly between the design team, contractors and independent safety inspectors through to final handover.
